Ok if you (I) could stop
drooling for a second, we could address how holy these photos actually are.
Books and plants - what more could you possibly need to feel comfortable in
your home?
For me, summer means flea
markets and this year is definitely no exception. I collected a lot of these
images during the cruel Scandinavian winter, and now is the time to start searching
the best markets thoroughly for old and good stuff.
This year I'm gonna try
some new flea markets. My usual ones have been invaded with professionals, who
own actual stores and sell out of the furniture that didn't sell well
("Ew, the furniture you sell haven't
rotted in some Swedish basement for two decades. Ew, I'm not gon' buy your
shit"). Some of them even sell new furniture painted with a very thin and
fragile layer of painting, so it comes off a little and (to some people) look
like it's old. Pfh. Points for creativity, commercial flea market-people, not
buying it though.
Oh hey! Look at me over at Company Magazine's homepage! Why not vote for me so I can get featured in one of their issues (click here, and find my name)? You're the coolest person, like ever. But you know. You don't need my validation. Or anyone's actually. You should really stop now, Ulrikke. K bye.
